Overview
Compliance is the quiet work that protects everything else — your funding, your FTCA coverage, your reputation, and ultimately the patients who rely on you. We help newly designated FQHCs prepare for their first Operational Site Visit and support established centers in keeping board governance, policies, and documentation continuously aligned to HRSA expectations.
Why compliance is non-negotiable
Once you’re designated, staying compliant matters as much as getting there. FQHCs and Look-Alikes operate under constant pressure from:
- HRSA audits and Operational Site Visits
- FTCA renewal requirements
- Sliding fee scale enforcement
- Governance and bylaws scrutiny
- Continuously evolving policy and documentation demands
Lapses put funding, reputation, and patient care at risk. We make sure you’re protected.

Common questions
What’s the difference between a mock OSV and real OSV preparation?
A mock OSV simulates the audit experience so we can identify and close gaps before HRSA arrives. Around it we layer coaching, documentation reviews, and timeline management leading up to the real visit.
Can you train our board and internal team?
Yes. We deliver live and recorded training on governance, compliance standards, and audit readiness for boards, executives, and clinic managers.
Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
Both. Many clinics start with a single compliance audit and then opt into quarterly or monthly oversight to stay continuously aligned.
